Pup or Adult contract

If you put a deposit on a pup and your money is not paid by the 6 or 8 weeks, you will loose your pick and money. Picks are reserved in the order deposits are received. Dixie Dawg Kennel reserves the first pick or picks of a litter at any time. If there is not enough males of females for your pick, your money will be put towards a litter of the same price. We do not give cash refunds. All pups will have health certificates from our vet before being picked up or shipped. If shipping is needed, buyers are responsible for all shipping cost, addition to the cost of the pup. As new owners of your Dixie Dawg pup, you are responsible of having your pup checked by a licensed vet within 72 hours of receiving your pup from Dixie Dawg Kennel. Dixie Dawg Kennel is not responsible for your pup after it has been in your care for 72 hours. None of our dogs are sold for ANY illegal purposes. We know that you will enjoy your Dixie Dawg pup.
